The Warriors have been busy the last 3 weeks working on their Culture Club projects, where they have been focusing on different aspects of their own countries each week! It’s been very interesting! We’ve learned about everything from the famous “Flying Scotsman” train in England to an Irishman named Hans Sloane who created the 1st chocolate milk! They have also learned about their country’s famous people, favorite fashions, music, games/sports, landscapes and even weather info! Using the computer, they printed out all the information and pictures they gathered and have been assembling them on a poster board for presentation! Next week they will be learning about favorite foods of the different regions!
