We are so proud to introduce our new and improved fitness space within the River Forest Community Center, equipped with almost everything the Warriors need to get a great workout in! Thank you to the Community Mental Health Board of Oak Park Township for funding the purchase of fitness equipment and supplies to update the room, Mike White & Reliable Painting for painting the room, Craig Koeller for installing the TRX suspension trainers, TV stand and mirrors, Steve Compere and Mike Garnder for building the equipment cage, Ben Graham of MILBURN LLC for installing the TV and fan, Jimmy Garrigan of Garrigan Construction for installing the flooring, and Steve Berggren at Tennis and Fitness Centre of Oak Park-River Forest for the cardio equipment donation! #nonprofit #health #wellness #fitness #trx
