SPIN
Warriors spent their first 20 minutes warming up their heart rates by spinning (and dancing!) to some of our favorite songs.
STRENGTH
Warriors were not slowing down as we moved on to strengthen and tone our muscles with TRX, free weights, steps, and body weight exercises.
YOGA
Warriors ended our intense workout with a restorative yoga session practicing our breathing and balance.
