MINDFUL MONDAYS
Clearing our minds, meditating, breathing, focusing, it’s all important, right? Thankfully, we have mindful Mondays coming to AO this Spring. With demonstrations and guidance, warriors will learn how to effectively become more mindful, more centered, and use this as a tool of coping. Becoming more aware of senses, feelings, as well as thoughts that we hold on too. *Warrior Wellness
