We aim to employ and support Warriors at Work in all areas of the business with a growth-oriented approach focused on abilities, building skills and growing the business together.

Knockout Pickles is a Warrior-driven, seed-to-jar pickle business launched in 2014, blending artisan quality with mission-based vocational opportunities. From recipe development to production to sales and delivery, Warriors take part in every step, producing delicious pickles sold locally in bulk and retail, creating both revenue for Opportunity Knocks and valuable skill-building experiences.
Knockout Pickles are crafted with fresh, locally grown ingredients that are all-natural, preservative-free, and chemical-free. Each jar is hand-packed with care, ensuring the highest quality in every batch. Our commitment to clean, wholesome ingredients shines through in every bite, making Knockout Pickles a healthy, flavorful choice you can trust.

Through community partnerships and accessible design, this farm yields meaningful work opps for Warriors, from planting to harvest, supporting our mission to foster growth and connection.

Knockout Kitchen creates high-quality, hand-crafted culinary products while fostering a mixed-ability team environment. Collaborating with Knockout Farm, it provides meaningful, supported vocational opportunities for young adults with intellectual and developmental differences, empowering Warriors to engage in all aspects of operation—from menu planning to food preparation and service.
The Knockout Kitchen has cultivated a catering menu and carved out some creative partnerships that allow us to pop up at large settings, as well as serve various private event needs.
